libdirectfb-extra software package provides direct frame buffer graphics - extra providers, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdirectfb-extra
libdirectfb-extra is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdirectfb-extra package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdirectfb-extra *
You will get with libdirectfb-extra package name, version, architecture and description in a table
